A Practical Office for School Operations

Polymath College required a compact professional workspace that could be prepared away from the school and installed with limited disruption to ongoing activities.

HCD converted a 20ft shipping container into a comfortable office with finished internal walls and ceiling, timber-effect flooring, electrical services, lighting, aluminium-framed openings and air conditioning.

The completed office was transported to the Kottawa-Mattegoda area and positioned at the premises by crane. Completing the principal conversion and finishing work at the HCD facility reduced the amount of construction activity required at the school.
