Marble-effect tiles and gold-tone mosaic detailing give the fully tiled bathroom its character. The basin, toilet and hot-water provision support a comfortable private stay.

What is included in the Grand Capsule?
The Viraj reference model includes a bedroom, seating area, pantry and fully tiled bathroom. HCD supplied the bed, wardrobe, cupboards, sofa and TV unit along with air conditioning, insulation and hot water. The exact inclusions for your order will be listed in your quotation.
How many people can use it?
The reference layout is primarily designed for two. The owner has indicated use for up to eight people during daytime visits and overnight stays with additional arrangements. Eight permanent beds are not included. Tell HCD your intended occupancy so the sleeping arrangements and facilities can be discussed.
Are pantry appliances included?
The confirmed pantry specification includes the worktop and cupboards. Appliances are not listed as standard inclusions on this page. Tell us what you require when requesting your quotation.
Can HCD deliver it to my property?
Delivery depends on the route, site access and positioning requirements. Share your location and site photographs so the transport and unloading arrangements can be assessed.
What does the site need before delivery?
Suitable ground preparation and supports are needed along with electricity, water and wastewater arrangements. HCD will discuss the requirements and scope for your site before delivery is planned.
Can it be used for holiday accommodation?
A capsule can form part of a holiday accommodation project. Discuss the guest capacity, layout, facilities and service connections with HCD so the specification matches your intended use.
How much does a capsule house cost?
The price depends on the model, finishes, furniture, deck and delivery requirements. Send your project details to receive a quotation with the inclusions and installation scope clearly stated.
