Hybrid Cargotecture Development successfully designed and constructed a bespoke architectural sales office for Prime Group's Bhoomi at their latest apartment development Oazi in Kaduwela new bypass. This project demonstrates how container architecture can be elevated into a premium commercial space that aligns with modern real estate branding and customer experience.

The sales office is created using two 20 foot shipping containers thoughtfully reconfigured and architecturally enhanced to function as a welcoming and professional point of engagement for prospective buyers. Rather than a temporary site office this structure was designed as a strong architectural statement that reflects the quality and vision of the apartment complex it represents.

Architectural Concept and Design Approach

The design focuses on symmetry openness and visual impact. A bold central entrance frame defines the facade and creates a strong first impression from the approach walkway. Large front openings allow natural light to flood the interior while maintaining a clear connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Architectural steel framing is used to create depth and proportion transforming the original container form into a refined modern structure. Side screens and structural elements provide shading ventilation and privacy while preserving openness and transparency.
