The bold black façade contrasts with expansive full-height glazing while the extended architectural canopy gives the building greater visual presence and creates a welcoming entrance.
Warm soffit finishes and integrated lighting soften the contemporary exterior and provide a more premium customer-facing character.
The result is a compact building that looks and functions like a purpose-designed modern showroom rather than a temporary modular unit.

One of the key architectural objectives was to make a relatively compact structure feel open, premium and commercially significant.
Full-height glazing visually expands the interior while creating transparency between the showroom and its surroundings.
The extended roofline increases the perceived scale of the building and provides a strong horizontal architectural element. Combined with the dark exterior palette and warm detailing, it creates the appearance expected from a contemporary automotive sales environment.
This approach allows businesses to establish a professional customer-facing location without necessarily committing to a large conventional building.

A major advantage of HCD's construction approach is the ability to complete a significant portion of the building in a controlled production environment.
