Project overview
Beach Box is a coastal modular home assembled from six ISO shipping containers. Four ground level modules house the bedrooms. Two upper modules contain the open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas to capture light and views. The result is a bright, resilient beach house that demonstrates how container based construction can deliver architectural quality, fast program, and a clean interior finish.
Material palette white oak floors, cypress cladding, cedar decking, white thermoplastic roof, high performance spray foam, energy efficient glazing, Energy Star appliances.
Assembly logic modules are factory prepared with structural cuts, doors, windows, and services, then craned into place for rapid on site completion.
